I order via the on-line app. My order was supposed to be ready at 7 per the e-mail I received.

I waited an additional 20 minutes. Yes, it was busy. I know that chips and salsa come with the order The girl told me that they ran out of chips. I even ordered a side of guacamole.

She did not offer to take the guacamole off my bill when I arrived home...this is what was in my bag. I paid 5.00 for these 2 tiny sides? I used to always go to El Torito. I was in the Irvine, CA El Torito on MacArthur.

I think the Manager was this 25 year old person who looked like he was large and in charge, but did not bother with any customer service and it showed.

The Employees followed his suit. The girl at the counter apologized and left the front desk Needless to say...I don't think I will be back to that one restaurant again.

Product or Service Mentioned: El Torito Manager.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
